before initiating a request.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
Lingerie that has been worn, washed, or tried on.
Intimate apparel with removed tags.
Personal care and wellness products.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:
Size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide an alternative option or store credit
(where applicable).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product (if
damaged or incorrect).
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
4. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
LustLoom is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store
credit.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
